1. Sample Tickets Only

The PDFs generated by BD Ticket Maker are synthetic / sample e-ticket documents created for demonstration, design prototyping, UI testing, and educational purposes only. They are not genuine Bangladesh Railway e-tickets and cannot be used for actual train travel.

The information displayed on the generated tickets — including but not limited to passenger names, PNR numbers, station names, train names, dates, times, class types, coach numbers, seat assignments, and fares — is auto-generated sample data. Any resemblance to real tickets is purely coincidental and does not imply actual booking or reservation.

2. No Affiliation with Bangladesh Railway

BD Ticket Maker is an independent, third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or connected to Bangladesh Railway, the Ministry of Railways of Bangladesh, or any government agency. The use of Bangladesh Railway terminology, logos, styling, and ticket layout references is purely for the purpose of creating realistic sample documents.

All railway-related data (station names, train names, train numbers, schedules) presented in the generator are based on publicly available information and are used only for reference in sample ticket generation.

3. No Data Storage or Collection

We do not store, log, or retain any personal data. All form data submitted through the generator is processed in-memory by our server during PDF generation and is immediately discarded after the PDF is produced. No data is written to disk, databases, or external services.

• We do not use cookies or tracking scripts on this site.
• We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics.
• We do not make external API calls during generation.
• We do not collect IP addresses, user agents, or session data.

Data Flow During Generation

1. You submit form data via the web form (POST to /generate).
2. The Flask backend receives the data in memory (RAM).
3. PyMuPDF replaces placeholder text in a PDF template.
4. The completed PDF is sent back to your browser as a download.
5. All in-memory data is cleared immediately after response.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use BD Ticket Maker for any of the following purposes:

• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of identity to Bangladesh Railway or any third party.
• Creating tickets for actual train travel or attempting to board a train with a generated PDF.
• Commercial resale or distribution of generated tickets as real e-tickets.
• Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws.

5. No Warranty

BD Ticket Maker is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the generated documents will meet your specific requirements or that the outputs are accurate representations of real Bangladesh Railway e-tickets.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BD Ticket Maker, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss or damages of any kind, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or generated documents. This includes but is not limited to costs, damages, or losses incurred as a result of presenting sample tickets as real tickets.

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last modified" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
